About Carla Pryor & Kayleen Walsh:
Carla's yoga journey began in 2011. Looking to add a flexibility component to her running routine, Carla joined a group of friends at Green Flash Yoga. While she found the physical benefits of yoga she was looking for, Carla did not expect to find a deep sense of inner peace and grounding after each class. She quickly became a regular yoga practitioner, exploring studios in North County and learning how to apply the principles of yoga into her daily life. Her 200 hr training with White Peacock Yoga further inspired her practice and desire to share yoga with others.

Kayleen owns Holistic Zen Acupuncture & Massage located in Encinitas. Holistic Zen Acupuncture & Massage treats a variety of health conditions, ranging from autoimmune issues to prenatal support to post-surgery care. Treatments include services such as acupuncture, acupressure, therapeutic massage, cupping, gua sha, moxa, and dietary and herbal consultations. Kayleen runs her business with a focus on providing individualized attention to every patient. She believes quality care is far more important than a large quantity of patients and dedicates 60 minutes or more with every patient, providing time for an in-depth intake and an effective individually catered treatment. Kayleen loves that Chinese medicine helps patients find balance and vibrant health within themselves with natural and holistic treatment approaches.
Credentials: Master's in Traditional Chinese Medicine, California State Board Licensed Acupuncturist, NCCAOM Diplomat of Acupuncture, CCAOM Clean Needle Technique Certification, & Holistic Healthcare Practitioner Certification.
