Kayleen believes quality care is far more important then a large quantity of patients. She focuses on one patient at a time and dedicates 60+ minutes with every patient providing time for an in depth intake and an effective individually catered treatment.
Self-care: Kayleen practices what she preaches. She receives regular acupuncture and therapeutic massage, meditates and journals daily, consumes organic whole foods ideally local and in season, explores beautiful San Diego with her pup on nature walks every day, and attends a variety of yoga, HIIT, and barre classes. She balances a busy practice with travel to connect with family & friends as well.
